DISCLOSURES

 

Tank problems may occur occasionally despite regular care and maintenance. This service has knowledge and experience in solving many problems in your tank although we cannot guarantee results.

Fish purchased by “Tidy Tank” are quarantined in our tanks and delivered in visibly healthy condition, though no guarantee can be attributed to their health and survival.

If a problem occurs, please call ASAP and we will be glad to help.

As with most service businesses, payment is due at completion of each service although checks can be mailed if necessary within two weeks of service.

 

A late fee of $10.00 will be added to invoice payments received beyond Two Weeks.    

 

$15.00 will be charged beyond Three Weeks and

 

$20.00 beyond a Month

 

Certain exceptions are made for those businesses clients that have to send out to accounts payable or do their accounts payable on a monthly basis. In this case a late charge of $20.00 will be assessed beyond 35 Days of service date.

 

"No shows" where an appointment is made, and Tidy Tank is unable to enter the premises will be charged $25.00

 

A Non-sufficient fund charge of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks
